Events for up to 100 guests

10-12 hour rental.

Mon-Thurs | 12:00PM to 10:00PM      $3,000

​

Friday |   12:00PM to 11:00PM           $5,000

​

Saturday | 11:00AM to 11:00PM         $6,000

​

Sunday |   12:00PM to 10:00PM         $5,000

 

Open Vendor Policy except

for Bartending and Security.

​

• 50% down payment is due at time of booking, and

      balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to event.

​

• $250 for placement of tables and chairs.

​

• $500 refundable deposit for any damages that may occur.

​

​

*Rental of the venue for birthday parties, graduations,

baby showers or other events is also available

at an hourly rate.
